Pack Meetings

Who?

The Pack Meeting is for the entire Pack - Scouts of every rank, and at least one parent per Scout. Siblings are also welcome, but bring a toy or activity that can be enjoyed silently.

What?

Pack Meetings involve serious stuff like flag ceremonies, awards presentations and character-building activities. There's also plenty of silly stuff like cheers, skits, songs and games. A typical meeting lasts one hour and 15 minutes.

Scouts will be seated on the floor, grouped by Den.

Parents, please show your support for the Pack by sitting in the chairs provided and participating in the meeting. If you must converse or conduct Pack business with other adults, do so in the hallway during the Cubmaster Minute or after the meeting.

When?

6:45 p.m. until 8 p.m. (typically the 1st Monday of the month, see Calendar for confirmation)

Where?

Room 211 of Christ United Methodist Church at 3101 Coit Road, Plano, TX (South/West corner of Coit and Parker Road). Room 211 is on the second floor of the main building.

Why?

Scouts spend most of their time with boys their own age in a Den, so Pack meetings expose them to all ranks and allow them to work, learn and have fun as a group -- with older Scouts setting an example for the younger ranks.
